Jamille is a recent Colorado transplant from California with her husband, Ben, and their two fur-babies, Tidus and Panther. She and her husband love to travel, explore other cultures, eat delicious food, and the occasional adrenaline rush (skydiving, racing, etc.). She also enjoys the arts, including photography, music, and dancing. Jamille earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of California-Berkeley (GO BEARS!!!) and then served in the U.S. Navy for nearly a decade as a P-3C Orion Naval Flight Officer, deploying to Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. She is currently working on her Master’s in Intercultural Studies with an emphasis in Recovery Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary. She hopes to eventually get her doctorate in Counseling Psychology and start a Christian non-profit providing mental health education and care to needy communities abroad.
