SUNDAYS
Welcome Team
This team sets the tone for how people experience our church by welcoming & serving all who attend our gatherings. Team members serve as gathering hosts, guest services, & hospitality set-up.
Production Team
This team of creatives helps facilitate the overall experience of our Sunday gatherings. Team members help operate audio, lighting, and both in-house and online presentation.
New Spring Kids
This team serves children (birth through 5th grade) and their families by creating safe, fun, interactive environments where kids are engaged in God's redemptive story. Team members serve in various roles from serving in age-differentiated classrooms to assisting families with check-in.
Communion Servers
We celebrate the Lord’s Supper every week during our worship gathering. Communion servers help prepare the elements and/or serve the congregation during the gathering.
Prayer Team
This team serves by being available to pray for people during our Sunday gatherings. Prayer team members may also receive prayer requests throughout the week to help cover our congregation and city in prayer.
Worship Band
This team serves to encourage and facilitate worship during our Sunday gatherings. (All musicians will need to demonstrate aptitude for this team.)
SERVE DURING
THE WEEK
New Spring Students
New Spring Students is our ministry to high school and middle school students, creating meaningful space for young people to explore and develop their relationship with Jesus. Leaders serve in direct mentoring or ministry support roles with weekly meetings happening on Sundays at 6pm.
Congregational Care
We care for our church family through prayer, benevolent support, visitation, and other practical ways. If you have a heart for people and enjoy finding meaningful ways to “show up” for other people, we’re always looking to help connect servants to needs.
Facility & Maintenance
God has gifted us an incredible property with great potential for kingdom impact. Help us steward one of our largest resources through landscaping, general maintenance, and small renovation projects.
Office Assistance
Do you enjoy administrative tasks? We’re looking for volunteers who are willing to offer a few hours a month to help complete various office tasks, allowing our staff to invest greater energy towards developing our ministries.
Food & Hospitality
We have several events throughout the year that require team members who have a passion for hospitality, event planning, or food preparation (among other things.) If this is you, we’d love to have you join our event team.
